The Top Four Applications

1 - Electronic tourist guide: the idea come from that the marketing culture using the smart phones has been spread and it has a big impact in the Arab societies, which emphasizes the importance of smart phones and the power to influence communities; so the smart phones became not only for games and programs, but also for e-commerce and for e-marketing. These indicators strengthen the opportunity to launch this project to take the advantage of those features to create a new concept in the world of marketing..
2 - College Cafe :  The College Cafe will enable students to buy, sell, and trade used textbooks directly to other students. By selling textbooks to other students, the seller can receive more money than the bookstore will pay and the buyer can pay less than the bookstore charges. In addition to textbooks, students will be able to sell class notes, old tests, computers, and accessories, used CDs, tutoring services or anything students wish to sell via an online student-to-student marketplace.  In addition, the College Cafe will offer other services such as classifieds, weblogs (bloggers), specialized content and retail.

This system understand obstacles around the user in front, left and right direction using a network of ultrasonic sensors. It effectively calculates the distance of detected object from the user and prepares navigation path accordingly avoiding obstacles. It uses speech feedback and vibration notification to aware the user about the detected obstacle direction and its distance and has a battery low indication system which will notify the user and offer an audio player for the user in the rest mode by using a remote controller which can switch between a navigation system and rest mode.
4 - Obliviate Project:  This project will help people who suffer from memory problems and forgetfulness. It makes a platform with wide range of related features, such as identification of persons, re-calling of events, tasks, and memory improvement applications. We expect that this platform will make people change their way of thinking and the way they deal with everyday problems to address the targeted problem, the project works to help people with memory problems, for example, it is hard for some people to remember each person they meet every day, or they forget conversation details with other people. In addition, they may miss pre-established dates, events and places. Furthermore, not remembering a person can cause embarrassment and affect relationships. Moreover, the problem of the declining activity of the brain, which need to be solved by motivating the brain to think and memorize more.
